Scan it once
Hold the phone over the card. FoilFox names the card, the set, the printing and the finish, shows you the market estimate with its source and date, and waits for your nod. Condition, cost and location take a tap each. The card is in your inventory, priced with the market, before the next one is out of the sleeve.
Go through the whole shoebox while the customer is still deciding between cash and store credit. When they leave, the collection is already for sale.
Every copy has a home
Box, shelf, showcase or binder page: each copy is recorded where you put it, with what you paid and how many you hold. When a customer asks for a card, whoever is behind the counter walks straight to it.
Your costs and your locations stay private. They never appear in a listing.
Priced with the market, sold at your price
FoilFox refreshes market estimates every day for Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited and Riftbound. Every estimate shows where it came from and when. Your asking price sits on top, set card by card or by a rule you choose for the whole shop.

Your Shopify store, in step with the counter
Shopify stays your storefront, your checkout and your customer list. FoilFox works behind the counter and keeps the two in step. A card sold at the register leaves the website. An online order comes off the exact shelf you pull it from. When the counts drift, you hear about it from FoilFox before you hear about it from a customer.

Collectors with a shopping list
Collectors use the free FoilFox app to scan their binders, follow what their cards are worth and build decks. When a deck is missing three cards and your shop has them, the app says so and holds them for pickup. That is a player walking through your door with a list, on a Tuesday afternoon.
Your singles are also listed on foilfox.cards, where collectors search by card, set and number and see which shop can hand it to them today.
Buy smarter at the counter
The same scan that sells a card tells you what it is worth to buy. Trade-in and buylist offers come from your own rules against that day’s market, so a new hire can make a fair offer on a binder without calling you over, and the cards you take in are priced for sale the moment you say yes.
Your staff, your floor
Orders come off the shelf in the order the shelves are laid out. Counts happen one box at a time, on a quiet afternoon, and every movement is recorded with who did it. Someone on their first shift can pick an order, count a box and take in a stack of singles without a walkthrough.
Close the day knowing
What you hold, what it is worth, what moved across the counter and online, what you bought today and what it sold for, and what needs restocking before the weekend. All of it from the same records your staff worked from all day.
Your data stays yours
Export your whole inventory, with locations and costs, any time you like, in plain CSV or JSON. It is your shop’s record and you can take it anywhere.
